Explore the rich heritage of a rural Southern Arizona town.

The Casa Grande Valley Historical Society was founded in 1964 to preserve and exhibit the history of the Casa Grande region.  We invite you to explore The Museum of Casa Grande to experience the early days of Arizona.  Scroll down to learn more about our programs, collections, neighboring museums, and local culture.

 

  • Collections - The heart and soul of any museum are its vast collections of historical artifacts, documents, photos and the valuable interpretive information associated with the Collections. The Museum of Casa Grande is no exception, taking great pride and joy in its Collections. To see more, go to "Collections" on the main menu.
  • Exhibits - The Museum curators create special exhibits, both on site and online, to show visitors interesting and unique selections of artifacts, writings, documents and photos from our Collections. To see more, go to "Exhibits" on the main menu.
  • Programs - The activity directors at the Museum create many events and programs to allow visitors to interact with the history provided by the Museum. To see a Calendar of events, and more information about the special programs involved, select "Programs" from the main menu.

 

 The museum is open 12 - 4pm Thur-Sun Sept 24, 2016 - May 1, 2017

We are open Second Saturdays from 12 - 4pm May-August.

Second Saturdays feature special family friendly events during the day.
